Open your post or page in the WordPress Editor.
Highlight custom anchor text (for example: “Contact Support” or “Send Us a Message”).
Click the Link icon in the toolbar (or press Ctrl+K / Cmd+K).
Type mailto: followed by your email address (e.g., mailto:support@example.com) and press Enter or click Apply.
The visitor will see only the text you chose, and clicking it will launch their default email app with your address pre-filled
